Momma B

Carolyn Blakeman aka Momma B is a Certified Health and Life Coach for Teen Girls and Young Women based in Northern California. Over the course of raising her children and guiding their posse of friends, she became fondly referred to as Momma B. Momma B collaborates with clients to manage stress, sort through life's challenges and discover their strengths, value and potential. Momma B is passionate about empowering teen girls and young women to awaken to their own greatness, and can also provide parents with strategies and tools to up-level their connection with their teens during the adolescent years and beyond. Momma B offers one-on-one coaching and facilitates group coaching, workshops and retreats. She is the proud mother of three young adults and has worked with adolescents through this transitional stage of physical and psychological development for over 14 years. 

 

Momma B is a certified yoga instructor. She has embraced this spiritual practice, that encourages one to experience compassion, connection and love for over 35 years.

You may wonder what does Yoga have to do with Coaching? Yoga is much more than a physical path to wellbeing. Yoga's ancient principles integrate beautifully into life coaching and provide proven tools to overcome life's challenges. Yoga helps us to establish harmony and balance in our life, physically, mentally and spiritually. With a regular practice, yoga will promote calmness and stability in the body, clarity and strength in the mind, and freedom and joy in the soul.

It is my mission to share my experience, knowledge and education to serve others who are struggling and seeking support, encouragement and accountability. It is my goal to cultivate strength, resilience and self love within each client.
